Our Story
The Matcha Spot started as a simple idea — a vision to create something different. We wanted to build a space where people could slow down, enjoy matcha/coffee, and experience a sense of calm that’s often missing from everyday life.
What began as just a concept quickly turned into action. We took a leap and invested in a cafe trailer, transforming it into the foundation of our dream. From there, we spent countless hours testing recipes, refining flavors, and perfecting every drink to make sure what we served was something we were truly proud of.
Every step of the process was hands-on — learning, experimenting, and growing with each batch we made. What started small soon became something real.
Today, we’re excited to take the next step in our journey. The Matcha Spot has officially signed a lease with Concordance Ferments, allowing us to operate daily from their outdoor space. This partnership gives us the opportunity to bring our vision to life in a setting that aligns perfectly with what we stand for — quality, community, and a unique experience.
From an idea to a trailer, to a place we can now call home, this is just the beginning for The Matcha Spot. We’re excited to continue growing, sharing our passion for matcha, and creating a space where people can come together, slow down, and enjoy something special.
